Inkjet PVC Card:
Printing method: Inkjet printer (Epson R230 or equivalent model)
Laminating type: press laminating
Color: White, Golden or Silver
Thickness: 0.30mm, 0.15mm
Size: 210x297mm, 200x250mm, or as per your requirement, or in roll type
Note: white PVC sheet for inkjet printing can be made two-side printable

1.Design in computer, you may use Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, etc. software to make design in your computer
2.Put the blank PVC sheet into the inkjet printer (Epson R210 is recommended), print. You may print two PVC sheet, one as front side of the card, one as backside.
3.Put the printed PVC sheet with overlay film into big laminator for lamination, please laminate like this: Overlay + printed PVC sheet + printed PVC sheet + Overlay
4.After laminating, put the laminated sheet into two-card puncher for punching
5.After punching, you will get a final cards. |
